The architects used the territory very efficiently, creating simultaneously the attractive environment for residential and public functions. Both habitation and sports are placed in one volume, but do not influence each other because the sports center is sitting in the underground space below inner yard and has an entrance from Mytnaya Street. Entrances to residential buildings are looking into the inner yard. Such solution reserves a lot of space for greenery because the sports complex does not occupy a separate site and instead of the open sports structure functioning several summer months the city obtains the full-fledged multifunctional sport venue.
