The dished point of view with regard to possible development of the site is based on two main objectives and their realization enables most fully to use advantages of this site:

1. To aim to avoid dramatic contradiction of new residential development to the existing cottage environment because of contrast of scales.

2. To aim to receive an image of suburban housing, the most comfortable, reminding the health resort complexes in respect of organization and landscape.

For this purpose as a basis for forming the site development we assumed the group of six residential three-storey modules with partial superstructure of the 3rd floor (that provides practically any reasonable apartment layout). It helps to create easily very various and comfortable human habitat where there is a lot of greeneryand trees are higher than houses, therefore the developed area will "be immersed" in greenery. The concept is based on the variant which has characteristic features of the soft-curved central boulevard leading from theentrance to the territory towards the entertainment-oriented building, closing the perspective. The area to be developed includes mainly the blocked residential modules, united in picturesque linear groups which, in turn, form spacious half-closed yard spaces located astride the boulevard.
