The location of the complex on the road into the town served as an incentive to search for the memorable architectural concept, the expressive gesture reflecting the identity of the site. Besides, the project specificityconsisted also in search for space model which would enable to fulfill requirements of the client for providing the maximum yield of areas.

 

Thus, we obtained a dense perimeter body of the building which visually illustrates the process of active urbanization. This body is as if it’s cut through by sun rays directed to the surrounding residential buildings, forming a freakish silhouette of the block.

 

Small area resulted in the necessity to place the building on the stylobate raised over the ground level in which there will be parking garage. The infrastructure serving inhabitants of microdistrict will be along perimeter. The yard, free of traffic, located on the stylobate roof looks like a fragment of real natural park.
