The site of the complex reconstruction (0.54 hectares) is located within the confines of a zone of regulated housing development of the reserved territory «Ostozhenka-Prechistenka» in the block between Ostozhenka street, Korobeynikov lane and Hilkov lane. The site occupies about 1/3 of a length of narrow block 146.

 

On the most part of the site there are four 4-6-storey residential buildings which form the enfilade-connected fenced yard spaces sequentially faced Korobeynikov lane and Hilkov lane that is caused by short (about 40 m) width of the block, preservation of trees and the general character of the block 146 development.
