The recently demolished five-storey building has been appeared on the site earlier than the neighbouring large-scale apartment blocks of the late 1950s. Their smart composition which extended along Mira Avenue did not consider this structure in any way because it was obviously required that this shabby five-floor dissonance is just about to be pulled down. However it lasted out during nearly 50 years until we met a need to substitute it for something that will be in time with the times. We chose a variant of cour d'honneur.

The wavy glass wall not rigidly determines a border of new spatial formation, emphasizing, but without masking its initial compositional omissions, and consequently, temporariness for the next 50 years.
