Two buildings standing one by one with a shift in respect of longitudinal axis are included in the narrow and long site. The basic part of designed buildings has 8-storey height that is commensurate with the height ofbuildings along Leninsky Avenue and the existing 10-storey residential buildings inside the block whereas the raised parts of buildings (18 storeys) are situated far from boundaries of the allotted site and adjacentbuildings. At the same time, the facade surfaces support both the historically existing direction of thedevelopment line at the site (along northeast – southwest axis), and coordinates of development of Leninsky Avenue.
