The plot with it's present day borders was formed in the 1930s, when there was a concrete plant here, servicing the construction of the Palace of Soviets. It's abnormally elongated configuration answered the technology of this manufacture. The challenge of this place for us was the bank building, constructed according to our design in 1995, and two new residential houses on the neighboring plots. Our buildings are in correct dialogue with the Bank and the residential house built according to Meganom bureau design. We have not managed to establish relations with the third house, because of that they and us just do not notice each other.
