The object is «en route» many years. Clients were changing, as well as the stuffing. At first it was mainly offices and trade facilities plus a little habitation, then there was a hotel rooms, now it is spacious apartments plus service rooms like fitness. Following the function there were changes in the form of the building in respect of the extent of development of the site and in respect of the contour of upper part section. Only preserved historical brick front wall of the 1860s remains to be always stable.
