The task of the urban-planning concept is to form the front of buildings at the intersection of Novodevichiya Embankment and Khamovnichesky Val St. – the basic volume maintains heights of the adjacent buildings. Two penthouses, reminding the ship superstructures, create a silhouette surge, desirable for fixing the corner and spatial ties with the higher buildings in the depth of development.
