The character of existing development, the necessity of rehabilitation of historical environment near architecture of the 18th century set the scale and stylistics of new structures, choice of front materials. The two-storey house with an attic recovers the development line of the lane and fixes dimensions of the lost building of the 19th century.

 

The glass volume of the stairway with entrance lobby connects the main building with the two-storey side wing shifted deep into the site. In the building there are the Training center, dining room, two levels of the underground parking for special cars with separate entrance to each level. The building walls are made of brick and plastered, the socle is revetted with limestone.
