 The building containing a shopping gallery and offices is located at the busy crossing of Bolshaya Tulskaya Street and Bolshoy Starodanilovsky Lane in the neighbourhood with the Tulskaya metro station.

 

Industrial style of the building facade reflects its disposition in the historically established industrialdevelopment to be converted now into the business district.
