The shopping center building is a part of the complex, (two groups of residential towers), adjoining the hall of Sokol metro station. The composition of the complex is an alternation of ascending volumes, the lowest of which, the three-storey shopping center «embracing» the metro hall and serving for it as a background. The facade is covered with red facing brick - this material is used for all complex.
