The large-dimension volume of the building forms a peripheral landscape of the square of the Belarussky railway station and serves as a background for Old Believers' church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker (1914-1921 built by A.M. Gudzhiyenko), and search for an adequate architectural solution in this complex urban-planning situation was just the main task of designers.

A simple silhouette, contrast graphics and vast scale of horizontal front partitioning of the building, that enables to play «its own role» in diverse and chaotic development of this near-station area, solved the problem.

The office complex occupies the whole site at the end of the block between the 3-y, 4-y and 1-y Lesnoy lanes, its height and width being approximately equal and making 55 meters. The building is topped with two-storeyhorizontal «beam» with 5-meter long cantilevers.
