the site is intended for erecting a composition of two office buildings. The building has quite complex structure because it has to house parking lots for cars from the adjacent garageless office buildings constructed earlier. The floor layout is similar to a average Western office tower having the central kernel and stair-free facades. Facades are mainly translucent with complex silk-screens on glass. Ornament pattern and colour enlarge thescale and aim to slightly dissolve and decorate a rigid geometry of pair volumes.
