We propose a variable-rise building shaped like two volumes of different area and form united by an atrium. In the rectangular volume located southerly there are rooms transferred to the possession to the city. In the northern triangular-shaped volume there are rooms of the investor. Both volumes have independent entrances and vertical communications.
