The purpose of this architectural concept is to create a volume-modular system of prefabrication of the easy-to-erect buildings. All buildings will be assembled out of standard planning elements, volume modules of several types, such as: a room, premise or whole apartment. The created modular planning grid and the table-catalog of volume modules make for consumers preparing the program and project of residential building considerably easier. All standard sizes of volume modules are multiple to basic size - 800X800X800. Implementation of the suggested concept will enable «directly from a box» as a furniture, without lifting gears, special tools and construction skills manually to assemble low-rise buildings.
