The housing estate to be designed is located in the western part of Shchitnikovo vicri-district, the 19th kilometer of Shchelkovskoye Highway. The composition solution was influenced by the existing surrounding buildings and requirements of the insolation mode.

 

The housing estate consists of two different-rise buildings of forming the half-closed space of the yard. The building 1 has variable number of storeys from 7, 12 to 15. The building 2 has number of storeys from 7 to 9.

 

The entrance to the yard of the housing estate is located southerly between the buildings. The entry to underground parking is located in the building 1 northerly.

 

In the near-house territory there will be playgrounds, sport and rest grounds for people.

 

The underground level will accommodate the parking and engineering and utility services rooms. The first floor of the building 1 is non-residential, non-residential premises have entrances from external side of thebuilding. Entrance groups of residential sections, premises for security, service of building upkeep and all-house rooms are located inside the building. The first floor of the building 2 is residential, with entrance groups of residential sections, with premises for security.
