The main objective of the project consisted in searching for expressive and pertinent three-dimensional solution in the context of the urban situation which was in the process of active development and forming.

Key elements of this landscape are the Church of the Nativity, 14-storey housing estate “Gulliver”, the group of buildings of diverse heights along Rozhdestvenskaya Street and the space of the park to be designed.

 

All these elements are now in contradictory, unbalanced interaction which should be just balanced by the complex proposed. Its smoothly curved pair form should limit the park space, “put together” the non-uniformly scaled surrounding buildings and create in itself the cozy courtyard space inherent in historical areaof Mytishchi old town.
