As a layout basis of design the block scheme of residential development is chosen that is considered to be the most sustainable and comfortable form of human habitat. Meanwhile it is proposed to preserve the routing of Bankovskaya street and Bezverkhova street with expansion and transformation of Senezhskaya Street into pedestrian green boulevard-park with the direction of its opening to the main natural dominant and value of the territory under consideration - the Lake Senezh. The transportation services of sites with residential buildings - residential blocks - is to be organized along Bankovskaya street and Bezverkhova street and along the lateral passages-boulevards to be designed. The regular circulation along Senezhskaya St. which is to be transformed into the pedestrian boulevard is not planned, except for the occasional movement of a special transport (service and emergency). Blocks are formed by perimeter-located apartment buildings having individual architectural concept with the gaps dictated by sanitary rules – in order to ensure insolation and aeration of residential houses.
