The site is situated on the Moskva River embankment. The building presents a compact five-floor volume with an atrium in which the lift and stair halls and part of working rooms look on. On the Ground floor there are a lobby and cash hall, three floors are occupied by open-plan offices, the upper floor houses offices of the bank management.

The architectural image of the building is an adaptation to the Moscow conditions of modern international architectural language. Along with traditional materials, such as facing brick, granite, we used motives of a “ship” architecture: metal uprights and tie-rods, continuous glass cover of the upper floor. Important property of IMB building architecture is the showing of the building to the Moskva River valley.
