The architectural concept presupposes construction of 10-storey residential building with underground parking. The building recovers the front of development of 3-ya Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street. Upper elevations will be equal to the height of the existing 12-storey residential building adjoining the site on the right side. The upper floors consisting of two-level apartments have a compound silhouette because from several points of view one can see a considerable fragment of building’s upper part.
