What should be done in Moscow and what should not be done in the vicinities of Moscow? Our concept of development of the Moscow agglomeration is the establishment of harmonious relationship between the City and Countryside. In this symbiosis the Countryside provides to the City fresh air, open spaces, natural landscapes, forests, fields and water bodies where one can have a rest, do hiking, go in for sports, receive treatment and recover after the hustle and bustle of the city. The City gives to the Countryside the job places and urban culture. The Countryside it not a territorial reserve for mass residential development while the City did not yet exhaust its resources in order to be the main, but not the only center of agglomeration, and toperform the functions of the capital.
