The design concept proposes modern reading of a prototype of local urban settlement with such inherent parts and notions as «earth mound», «turnpike», «gate», «public garden», «boulevard», «our yard», «my home», having filled them with a modern content.

 

So along all external border of microdistrict there is a ring road and beautificated earth mound - the subsurfaceparking for inhabitants for 1940 cars. In this “town wall” there are gaps - «gates» for approaches to residentialhouses and community facilities of microdistrict. 12 residential houses are divided into two blocks by the mainpedestrian street, boulevard stretched through all microdistrict from the east to the west, from a school to townpublic garden and main public square. Each residential house southerly has the well-planned green yard with rest grounds and with guest parking.

 

All necessary community facilities and engineering services in combination with the organized control of access lends to microdistrict the character of comfortable and self-sufficient residential formation.
