The object’s urban layout supports existing composition where lower buildings are located between high-riseresidential towers along the line of development of Novokosinskaya Street.

 

Two seven-storey buildings - simple and H-shaped ones - are sitting in the space limited to the municipalnetworks which are located both between the buildings, and on the perimeter of the site. All site area free of any networks is used.

 

The sensation of the object’s integrity, in spite of its actual two-part form is attained from all possible points of perception. The cozy courtyard, around which the composition of the building will be created, is the mainsense element forming the human scale environment.
