High Technology Center “Info-City” combines structures for science, business and governmental institutions. The project aims at creating the closed-cycle urban system capable to survive, carry out self-regulation and develop. In the basis there are the principles of so-called cluster architecture. They enable to construct step-by-step and keep quality irrespective of the number of the implemented «clusters».
The basis of the project:
Cells - as the most compact principle of planning organization created by the nature.
Space plaiting of layers - gives an opportunity to combine modules-towers in any order.
Isolation of layers. Plaiting, but not crossing of layers «Dwellings» and «Institutions» does not contradict their autonomy.
Layers «Dwellings » and «Institutions» are absolutely free of transport communications.
Combining. Layer-by-layer functional partitioning enables to mix different modules.
