The architectural concept proposes instead of the two-storey office building to be demolished to erect a three-storey shopping and office center with underground parking. The designed building adjoins the actively usedpedestrian passage between metro station “Sokol” and 2-ya Usievicha Street. The building is aimed at serving inhabitants of the block. In the basement storey there will be the parking-garage for 63 cars; on the Groundfloor - a food mini-market; on the 1st and 2nd floors – office rooms.
