The main idea of the Architectural concept is to follow at most the landscape features of the site. Hence theresidential buildings of the complex are placed as close as possible to a beach, and all objects of the serviceinfrastructure are placed at the entrance to the site from the upper road. These two zones are connected with each other by the beautified pedestrian path which is accompanied by playgrounds and resting places, arbors and other beautification elements. All forest-covered part of the complex territory will be reorganized into a beautified park in which there will be magnificent species of local flora – juniper, oak, pistachio, hornbeam. Four residential buildings of the complex are situated on the border of a park and a beach and grouped in such a way that from dining rooms, chimney halls and two-level lounges one can see a wide sea horizon and sunset,but bedrooms and nurseries look at park. Due to prolate form of the plan, gallery passes and multi-level fliersthese residential buildings look like modern yachts.
