The preservation of residential function is the natural solution for the reconstructed building. It has been built as a tenement house in 1913 by architect P. I. Antipov. In the building cellar there will be underground parkingfor 24 carsNearby there are all necessary objects of community services, metro station, stops of street public transport.

As a result of reconstruction the building is transformed into 6-7-storey high, single-sectional one with underground parking. The upper floor is a penthouse. The underground parking and technical rooms in the cellar form a stylobate on which there is a yard with elements of planting and beautificationAt the Groundfloor it is sitting an entrance group, lobby, halls, rooms for common-house purposes.

The cellar space is occupied by engineering and technical rooms, and also an ordinary parking for 8 cars and mechanized two-level parking for 16 cars.
