The site is in the area of historical buildings among 4-6-storey tenement houses. The dimensions and height of new building do not break the row of houses along the lane, being the last one before the church. Therefore the silhouette of the wall facing the church is of particular importance. The setback from the adjoining four-storey house is caused by the presence of windows in the narrow side of the building. The dead firewall of the building faces the adjacent estate occupying the whole allotted site. On the Ground floor from the yard side there is open parking for 5 cars. Facades are plastered, the socle is revetted with a natural stone.
