The 8-storey house stands among buildings having different number of storeys and built at different times, and as for scale and height provides gradual transition from the tower of the Russian Space Agency to lower houses and open space before the southern front. The sculptural treatment of the form, its space orientation help the new building to take roots visually on the site: the square in front of the entrance to the building of theRussian Space Agency is raised on stylobate gets clearer borders. The rounded southern facade is at the tail end of the street, reacting to its kink. On the site there is a technical structure which cannot be taken from itsplace to another, that determined the solution of the Ground floor. The principal front and two narrow sides aredecorated with ceramic granite, the back facade is plastered.
