Perimeter block development of parcels forms two residential yards. The existing building in 1-y Zachatievsky Lane is intended to be reconstructed with preservation of the facade. The front of streets is built up with new 3-5-storey houses, whose ground and first floors are occupied by offices. The territory in the depth of the block where there are valuable trees is occupied by the three-storey townhouses. Along the southeastern border of the site one can see the line of intra block pedestrian boulevard. The yards with entrances to residential part are separated from it by a landform difference. Load-carrying structures are cast-in-situ reinforced concrete, facades are finished with plaster, the socle is revetted with a natural stone and ceramic tile, Lumon system is used for glazing of terraces and winter gardens.
