Key idea of the project is to follow as close as possible the landscape features of the country.

 

Residential buildings are prolate and face by loggias the sea or liman, and by entrance galleries - the shady andgreen yard where there are units of kiting and fitness clubs, restaurant, administration office arranged separately and freely.

 

In order to keep visual and foot links between the sea and liman that is very important for athletes, as well asthe best aeration the residential body is raised to the first floor level that gives to all complex an image of “flying”.
